Goodies Supermarket Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy (excluding fresh and perishable items), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to request photographic or other evidence of any defect, damage, or incorrect item before determining the appropriate remedy. We will determine in our reasonable discretion whether the appropriate resolution is a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, taking into account the nature of the product and the circumstances of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as fresh food and chilled items)

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that include a hygiene seal, tamper-evident packaging, or security seal cannot be returned once that seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with. Please examine such items carefully before removing any seals, as we will not be able to accept a return once the seal has been compromised.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. For quality complaints relating to perishable items that cannot be returned, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or voucher as compensation in lieu of a cash refund. We commit to responding to all complaints within 4 working days wherever possible.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIYAR ALSHAM MARKET LIMITED’s liability in connection with any returned item shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that item. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product beyond the value of the original order.
