Goodies Supermarket Shipping Policy
Orders placed at Goodies Supermarket are delivered within 1–3 working days, and we deliver 7 days a week.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, and a further notification on the day of delivery with your estimated delivery time slot.

Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the delivery address, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for repeated failed delivery attempts. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. As many of our products are perishable, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery at the agreed time. Where a delivery of perishable goods fails because no one was available, and those goods cannot be resold, the cost of the goods and any delivery charge remains your liability. If you instruct us or our delivery partner to leave your order unattended at your property, we expressly disclaim all liability arising from that delivery being left unattended, including without limitation theft, tampering, contamination, or deterioration of temperature-sensitive items.
Delivery Liability
Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DIYAR ALSHAM MARKET LIMITED shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by a delay in delivery that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances arising from third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and damage passes to you at the point of delivery to your stated address, or when the order is left with a person or in a location nominated by you or our delivery partner. Legal ownership of goods transfers to you only once full payment has been received and cleared in full. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration occurring after the point of delivery has been completed.
Perishable Items
Fresh, chilled, and perishable items are delivered subject to availability. In the event that a perishable item in your order is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will either substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value, or remove it from your order and issue a refund for that item. You will be notified of any substitutions.
